Terms of Service

Effective: 1 January 2026

1. Agreement

By placing an order with Tasty Bites Restaurant (Pvt) Limited — whether via WhatsApp, our website, phone, or in person — you agree to these Terms.

2. Ordering and pricing

All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include Sindh Sales Tax where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice but the price you were quoted at time of order is the price you will pay.

3. Delivery

We deliver within listed zones for each branch (see the Branches page). Estimated delivery times are honest estimates, not guarantees. Weather, traffic, or peak-hour volume can extend times. If delivery will exceed 90 minutes we will proactively contact you via WhatsApp.

4. Cancellations and refunds

• Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 5 minutes of confirmation.
• Orders already sent to the kitchen (usually after 5 minutes) cannot be refunded.
• If our error caused the issue (wrong items, damaged packaging, items missing), we will refund or replace — your choice.

5. Food allergens

Our kitchen handles dairy, nuts, soy, gluten, egg, and seafood. While we take care with cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee any dish is completely free of trace allergens. If you have a severe allergy, please inform us when ordering and consider dining in so our chef can speak with you directly.

6. Reservations

Reservations are held for 15 minutes beyond the booked time. After this, the table may be released. We do not charge reservation fees or require deposits for standard table sizes (up to 10 persons). Larger groups may be asked for a deposit.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this website — recipes, photographs, copy, brand marks — is owned by Tasty Bites Restaurant (Pvt) Limited. You may not reproduce it for commercial use without written permission.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by Pakistani law, Tasty Bites's liability for any claim arising out of an order is limited to the value of that order.

9. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any dispute arising out of these Terms will be resolved by arbitration in Karachi in accordance with the Arbitration Act 1940. You and we waive the right to any class action or jury trial.

10. Updates

We may update these Terms occasionally. The most current version will always be posted on this page with the effective date.
